Are your customers telling you the whole truth?
When you receive awesome feedback from a homeowner, it’s only natural to want to show it off. Whether you’re streaming content onto your company’s website or seamlessly pushing it onto your social media venues, we know having the ability to share your customers’ experiences is important.
A new privacy policy was recently introduced by Facebook that required a rework of how one-click publishing works for all third-party applications. After weeks of patience from our community (thank you!) and sheer determination from our development team, we are excited to announce the return of one-click publishing to Facebook!
If you already had this feature set up within your account, we had to remove the previous connection, but you can easily set it back up in just a few minutes. Simply go to the Marketing tab in your GuildQuality account, click “Social Media” in the drop down menu, find and click the orange button in the Facebook section labeled “Link Account”, and follow the instructions from there. Please note that you will need to be logged into the admin account for your company’s Facebook page in order to grant our app the proper permissions.
Once set up, all survey feedback, including reviews, will be available for direct posting to Facebook. Just click the “Publish” button next to any commentary you wish to promote and it will push out to your linked social media and GuildQuality profile. For a full list of recent comments you can share, check out the “Comments” section under your account’s “Dashboard” tab.
