Congratulations to the NARI Central VA Service Excellence Award winners
September 30th, 2016 byGuildQuality partnered with NARI of Central Virginia to power the first NARI Central VA Service Excellence Award, which recognizes remodelers who are leaders in customer service. Congratulations to Custom View LLC, Leo Lantz Construction, Inc., and Paragon Construction Company for their outstanding performance in customer service excellence.
In order to participate, applicants had to be a member of the NARI Central VA chapter. GuildQuality surveyed a selection of applicants customers and used those results to determine the overall winners. Applicants had to submit the greater of either: (1) Their last 12 months of projects or (2) Their most recent 30 projects (going back multiple years as necessary).
Customers were surveyed about their experience working with the applicant regarding different aspects of the project including professionalism, value, and overall recommend rate. When determining the winners, there were three key components GuildQuality looked at – response rate, recommendation rate, and overall positive scores to all questions on the survey.
This year’s winners all achieved over a 70% response rate, over 97% recommend rate, and at least a 99% of positive answers to all questions. These companies are true leaders in customer service and we’re honored to be here to present them with the 2016 NARI Central Virginia Service Excellence Award.
