Here’s the short version: we’re building a new version of GuildQuality and we’d like you to help us test it. If you’re interested, you can sign up below.
And now some background.
You’ve probably heard it before, but it’s worth saying again: our mission at GuildQuality is to elevate the stature of this industry to a level commensurate with its importance. To advance our mission beyond serving companies only, we released a new product called Crew, which serves individual workers as well, through new features like endorsements, project check-ins, and a search tool for discovering skilled residential construction talent.
But in addition to all that, the work done on Crew laid the foundation for a complete rebuild of our customer satisfaction surveying app — the app many of you use every day.
Why build a new GuildQuality application? It began with us asking ourselves a challenging question: If we were to launch our business today, and we had all the resources and experience that we’ve amassed over the last fourteen years, what would GuildQuality look like?
So for the last nine months, that’s exactly what we’ve been building. We started with some of our own big ideas for new features and new products. At the same time, we grounded ourselves in the real-world by reviewing all the great feedback our members send us on a daily basis. Then we spent some time visiting face to face with Guildmembers to dive deeper, listening to their aspirations for GuildQuality and hearing their reactions on some of our ideas. And finally, we got down to business designing, prototyping, developing, and iterating — all toward something we think you’re going to love.
But before we launch something this big, we need to test it first, and fine tune it so the finished product is everything you would expect from us and more.
That’s where some of you come in. In the next couple months, we’re going to invite our first Guildmembers to be part of an initial private test. If you qualify, we’ll migrate you to the beta version of the new GuildQuality, and for the duration of the test we’ll reduce your bill to $1 a month.
The only requirements are:
- You’re a current Guildmember
- You’re interested in trying something new even though there may be a few bugs
- You’re willing to provide feedback on your experience, both the good and the bad, and be interviewed over the phone by our product team
