What's your recommendation rate with your customers?
When you get positive feedback from a homeowner, it’s important to have a way to share that feedback across multiple platforms, including social media. This will not only provide a steady stream of content for your social sites, but will also serve as proof to your past and potential customers that you’re dedicated to service excellence.
We wanted to make this process as easy as possible for our members, so we’ve implemented new Social Sharing options. Our members have enjoyed the ability to auto-post to Twitter for some time now, but this latest update allows you to auto-post and schedule a specific day and time when you’d like these comments to go out.
For example, let’s say you’d like publish 10 comments to Twitter and you’ve selected to post on Mondays at 10:00am and Fridays at 2:00pm. If you’ve got Social Sharing enabled, all you have to do is publish those 10 comments and they’ll automatically be entered into a queue and will post, one at a time, at the times you selected. You may choose multiple days and times and our system will post comments only during those times.
