Congratulations to the 2018 James Hardie Service Excellence Award winners

Recently, a few of our GuildQuality team members traveled to Miami, FL for the annual James Hardie Contractor Summit! There, we had the honor of presenting ten terrific companies with the 2018 James Hardie Service Excellence Award, which recognizes James Hardie contractors who consistently deliver outstanding service and quality.
In order to apply, applicants were required to submit a representative sample of customers for GuildQuality to survey. Surveys included various customer satisfaction-related questions, as well as an overall “Likely to Recommend” rating. Each of the ten award winners received a 97% or above recommendation rate from their surveyed customers, clearly indicating their commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
