A few months ago, we introduced the revamped Help Desk that features better search functionality and a wealth of GuildQuality know-how. This was a good start in providing feature updates and frequently asked questions, but we know not every issue can be solved with a search bar. When you need help now and only a human will do, look no further than our brand new Live Chat.
What’s it all about?
Every feature we release is engineered to better serve you. With the introduction of Live Chat, our members and homeowners alike can reach out with inquiries and receive an instant response from one of our team members. We’ve had hundreds of conversations since soft-launching in June, ranging from account troubleshooting, helping contractors join our community, and even guiding homeowners across the website.
Who’s running the show?
Nobody likes talking to a robot or someone half a world away. Whenever you come to chat, rest assured that one of our team members is on the other side of the screen. Tom Hewetson, Jonathan Clark and Rachel Shurbutt (and her pup, Tater) comprise our chat team and are all happy to help when you need it.
Where can I find it?
Our chat hours run from 10am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. For our members, you can find the Live Chat box while logged into your account at the bottom right corner of any page.
