We love St. Patrick’s Day here at GuildQuality, with all the green get-ups and four-leaf clover hunting. Many of our members love green too, but they spread the green love throughout the year by building and remodeling eco-friendly and sustainable homes.
Imagine Homes, Guildmember since 2011 and homebuilder in San Antonio, Texas, specializes in green building technology. To honor of this day of green, we spoke with Krista Daries, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Imagine Homes, about one of their most recent green build projects.
The high ceilings, grand fireplace and large windows create a dramatic effect with lots of natural light.
Homeowners, Teresa and Rodger Ruiz, are residents of the beautiful Willis Ranch neighborhood, located in North Central San Antonio. Teresa, an active realtor in the area, wanted to build her own home and would only work with the best.

Teresa and Rodger love the benefits of these features, as their utilities now cost about three cents a day. “Every month when we receive our utility bills, we are reminded how much we love Imagine Home!
