Through our rigorous customer satisfaction surveying process, we can identify and honor those contractors who meet and exceed the high standards set by James Hardie and GuildQuality. To be eligible to be considered for the award, contractors must be invited by James Hardie to apply, and meet the following criteria:
- Must be a James Hardie Elite Preferred contractor
- Have completed at least 30 jobs over the last 12 months
- Minimum of 90% LTR score
- Minimum of 50% response rate or 100 survey completions
