Congratulations to the James Hardie Service Excellence Award winners

GuildQuality traveled to Orlando earlier this week to attend the annual James Hardie Contractor Summit. We were honored to attend and present nine amazing companies with the James Hardie Service Excellence Award, which recognizes James Hardie contractors that deliver outstanding service and quality.

To be eligible to apply, applicants were required to submit a representative sample of customers to be surveyed. The surveys cover several different areas regarding customer satisfaction, including “Likely to Recommend” rate. All of the winners received over a 95% “Likely to Recommend” rate, which is a true testament to their commitment to quality.
