Congrats to the SAWDAC Service Excellence Award winners

GuildQuality was proud to partner with the Siding and Window Dealers Association of Canada (SAWDAC) for the association’s first ever Service Excellence Award. Two top contractors were awarded with the 2016 SAWDAC Service Excellence Award, Rocksolid Windows & Doors and Classic Roofing & Siding. Congratulations to both companies on achieving outstanding performance in customer service excellence!

Fourteen of the association’s contractors entered the award. To be eligible to apply, applicants were required to submit a representative sample of customers to be surveyed (at least 50). GuildQuality then conducted our surveying process, contacting the contractors’ customers via email, phone, and mail to obtain their feedback about working with the SAWDAC contractor. The surveys cover several areas of the construction process that impact customer satisfaction, including communication, quality of materials, job site cleanliness, and the ultimate indicator of satisfaction, likely to recommend.

Overall, the group achieved an 89% recommendation rate. The national average of contractor recommendation in the construction industry is closer to 70%. The top two contractors achieved a 97% and 100% recommendation rate. This statistic is a true testament to their commitment to quality!
