Since 2012, GuildQuality and Pool & Spa News have partnered together to power the Top 50 Service Excellence Award, which recognizes the top five builders who are leaders in customer service.

About the award:
As part of Pool & Spa News Top 50 program, the publication commissioned GuildQuality to conduct customer satisfaction surveys for all applicants participating in the optional service excellence portion of this award. Builders were required to submit a representative sample of customers for GuildQuality to survey. Surveys included various customer satisfaction-related questions, as well as an overall “Likely to Recommend” rating. Each of the five award winners received a 90% or higher above average recommendation rate from their surveyed customers.
